A:These items may have been previously declared defective, returned by customers, used in field tests, used in sales displays at trade shows, or returned by a customer. All manufacturer recertified products have been cleaned, quality checked and tested. Manufacturer recertified products are certified by the manufacturer as fully operational, and most come with 90-day parts and labor warranty.

Q:Do you ship to APO/FPO mailboxes?

A: We are required by California law to charge an electronic waste recycling fee on certain products when shipped to a California address. If you return an item for which you were charged an electronic waste recycling fee, the amount of the recycling fee will be refunded.
