This is a very unusua,if not unique,old Mexican sterling silver pendant designed as what appears to be an anima skull of some sort.

It measures 1 1/2" long,1 1/16" across and is approx. 5/16" deep.

It's hollow and comes on a sterling silver chain.

It's marked "MEXICO" along with "STE" and several other marks I can't read. (Please see photo 4)

Other than some minor signs of use and age it's in excellent condition.
