Items are mailed via USPS unless otherwise specified.
For items $40 or more, I automatically include insurance fees. I do combine shipping if you win multiple items. Additional items have to be bought within a seven day period unless other arrangement have been made via email communication.
Your satisfaction is my #1 concern. All my clothing is in good condition, but as most of my clothing is pre-owned, they can show normal signs of wear. I do look over each piece and will describe anything that is out of the ordinary. I have and will inevitably over look things. If you have received your item(s) and find that something is wrong or missing, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can take care of it right away.
I do not take returns due to the uniqueness and size of these items, but I will work with you if you are truly unhappy.
Please bid with confidence as your satisfaction is my number one concern. However, please note that if a product is returned for reasons other than misrepresentation on my part, I will refund your funds minus a 10% restocking fee, ebay fees and the S&H fees paid to send item to you. Please understand that I am only a small volume seller and my profit mark-ups are very minimal. I apologize but I can not absorb shipping and EBay fees. I strive to present my products as concise as possible but if, per chance, I made an unintentional error in detailing these goods, I WILL REFUND YOUR FULL PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDING S&H FEES. I GET MY ITEMS FROM A VARIETY OF SOURCES MY HOME IS FREE OF SMOKE AND PETS . BUT I CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT SOME ITEMS WERE NOT EXPOSED TO THIS IN THE ORIGINAL HOME.
I CLEAN MY ITEMS PRIOR TO LISTING; HOWEVER THEY ARE OFTEN STORED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. SINCE MOST OF MY ITEMS ARE PRE-OWNED, I RECOMMEND THAT YOU WASH BEFORE WEARING.
