In several last interviews it was possible to see that on book shelves in an office of the writer among all Harrys Potters only the Ukrainian book has been developed to the spectator.  Illustrations. 

The illustrations to the book were created by Vladyslav Yerko, a well-known Ukrainian illustrator and recipient of many awards at prestigious art and book fairs. He also received the title "Man of Books" when he was named best artist for 2002 by the Moscow "Book Review". His illustrations became widely known through his work on the books of Paulo Coelho and his work on Andersen's "The Snow Queen", which won the Grand Prix award in the "Book of the Year" competition for 2000.
Well-known writer Paulo Coelho said of Yerko's "The Snow Queen": "This is the most wonderful children's book I've seen in my life".

Paulo  Koelho was impressed by  wonderful   illustration of Erko  for Harry Potter, so he invited  him  to illustrate his books.  Erko illustrated  4 books of Koelho, which are bestsellers.

Publishing house "Sofia" even published a separate album with has lillustrations of Erko for Koelho’s books, explaining it to that «at repeated increase in illustrations of Erko all new and new details» appear) .

«The snow queen» Hans Hristiana Andersen with illustrations of Erko left in English two editions and become in 2005 the leader of sales of English publishing house Templar, and in 2008 issued Erko new Ukrainian transfer of tragedy of Shakespeare "Hamlet" executed by Jury Andruhovichem, has been awarded by Grand prix of the Lvov Forum of publishers.
