Friends in the community have donated books, tapes, and other items for me to sell on eBay to benefit The Magoo Room, Inc., a sanctuary for blind cats, incorporated as a non-profit in 2/05 and tax exempt under section 501 ( c ) 3 of the IRS code. Our cats are blind, deaf, geriatric, brain damaged, or some combination of these. We have found that cats born without eyes frequently have other birth defects, and consequently, higher than normal medical costs. Currently some of our cats are being treated for daily seizures, irritable bowel syndrome, advanced kidney disease, asthma and skin conditions. Please help us provide food, litter, and especially medical care by choosing our auctions. THANK YOU!

Kindly make funds payable to The Magoo Room, Inc. Email me with any questions about this item, shipping and PAYMENT alternatives. I offer a $.50 discount on shipping on each additional auction won that is shipped by the same method  IF PAYMENT IS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS. Books sold in lots of 50 do not qualify for this discount. Insurance is ALWAYS an option, so please ask for it if you want it. I don’t include it in my invoices as I have found people don’t want to pay $1.75 to insure a $1 book.

Generally, I do not mark items as "shipped" on ebay.  My days are very full taking care of the cats and selling books.  I much prefer to spend my time shipping books in timely fashion, than doing the strictly clerical follow-up on ebay.  I am always willing to answer questions, send additional pictures, etc., but if it is important to you that I mark your item shipped, please consider buying elsewhere, rather than give me low marks on communication.  I feel that the very best communication I can give you is to ship promptly.  Most books are shipped the next day after payment is received.  A few books ship the same day, a few the 2nd day.  Thanks for your understanding!
