For domestic shipping, we ship by UPS or Post Office. All items will be shipped within two business days after payments are received and cleared. We offer 2nd Day Air Shipping for most of our items, if you don't see the shipping option during check-out on ebay, please call us @ 909-628-6088 and we can process your request on the phone. An email will be sent to the customer with the tracking # by UPS or the Post Office after an item is shipped.
For international shipping, all items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payments are received and cleared. We offer USPS Airmail Parcel Post or Global Express Mail, both include insurance. Please note that Airmail Parcel Post does NOT provide a number for tracking purpose and it may take extra to clear & pass the custom inspections.
All of our new products come with a product warranty from the manufacturer that covers any defects within the stated warranty period. Repair or replacement is at our sole discretion. For DOA (Dead on Arrival) items (which is very rare), please email or call us @ 909-628-6088 to obtain a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization #) from us. we will replace your item with a new one within 14 days after we receive it from you.
All Sales Final. Sorry we do not accept returns based on satisfaction issues. Reasonable attempts will be made to provide an upgrade solution if requested and the original product is returned in new condition if an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is issued. A 25% restocking fee of the original item's purchase price will be deducted for returns without explicit e-mail approval and without a RMA number. Original or return shipping fees are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
