Returns:  NO RETURNS ON "AS IS" ITEMS!!!!   Unless the item is misrepresented or there is something wrong with the item...I WILL charge a 15% restocking fee.  Buyer must notify seller within 3 days of receipt & return no later than 7 days after receipt.  After this time, buyer agrees that the sale is final.  No refund on shipping & handling charges.
