This is a lot of 2 MANGELSEN’S PAPER RIBBON FLORAL PRINT. These have been stored in my smoke-free, pet-free home. Each package is a 515-13 Floral Print #1, 10 CM x 5.5 M (4 inches x 6 yards).

Directions for Use:

Carefully untwist paper ribbon to desired width. Shape and form for use in bow making or other decorative projects.

Terms & Conditions:  Payment or an email regarding payment must be received within five (5) days of the close of auction and must be paid through PayPal. Do not hesitate to email me with ANY questions - preferably before buying or bidding on the item.

I describe my items as accurately and honestly as I am able. Any known or obvious defects are disclosed and described. I like my buyers to be happy when they receive their items and I value return customers.

Shipping & Handling:  Buyer pays all shipping and handling. A handling fee of $ .50 - $1.00 may be already included to help offset the costs of packing supplies.  All items will be packaged carefully and shipped via the United States Postal Service within five (5) business days after cleared payment is received. Large packages or packages going out of the United States may take longer. It is very difficult for me to ship internationally anymore for many reasons and international import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

I will gladly combine shipping whenever possible. If you are bidding on my other items and want me to hold your invoice for combined shipping, please contact me. The shipping on additional items will be discounted in accordance with the combined shipping weight and method of shipment.

Insurance:  EBay no longer allows buyers to have a shipping insurance option. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Refunds and Returns:  I try hard to describe my items accurately, but in the event you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within seven (7) days for replacement or refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were when they were shipped for a complete refund or exchange for other merchandise. Shipping cost is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item. Items returned must be received by me before I can send out your replacement or refund.
