This  Detached 28' Wide x 36' Deep, 2-Car Garage w/Fully Covered, Exterior  Walk up, Second Level, We Call "THE BUNKHOUSE", features a Covered Exterior Access Stairway to the Second Level Open Loft/Bonus Room .  

The Two Oversized (10' wide x 9' high) Overhead Garage Doors Open into a Large Unobstructed, 28' Wide x 36' Deep, Garage Area. These overhead doors and the Cavernous Garage  is specifically  intended to be large enough in fit a Small RV and/or a Fair Sized Boat, without any difficulty. 

There are Two large Double Casement Windows on Rear Wall, one window on the Right Side Wall  & Left Side Walls Remaining Unobstructed. The Main Entry Door is Located in the Front Right Corner at the Base of the Exterior  the Second Level Covered Stairway.

The Second Level is provided with a Two Front Facing Double Wide Sliding Patio Doors, Which Open on to the Front Facing Exterior Balcony. There are a Total of Seven Double Casement Windows and a Top of Stairway Entry Door Just in the Loft Area.
