I do try to contact everyone personally after each sale but sometimes it just isn't possible. However, please know that you item will ship within 48 hours after purchase. The only exception to that rule is if you purchase on a Friday after 12:00 Pacific time your item will not ship until Monday morning. Every once in a while I am able to ship on a Saturday but not often.

If upon receiving your item BEFORE leaving negative feedback you need to e-mail me (KINDLY) and let me know you are not happy. So far I have never had a problem that can't be worked out. I will not respond to threatening e-mails. I will simply just take it up with e-bay.
