Here we have 6 of these 1/32 (54mm) scale Napoleonic French Grenadier soldiers of the Imperial Guard - plastic figures on metal bases.  Bases marked 'Britains Ltd 1971 - Deetail - Made in England'.  In three different action poses, one of the kneeling figures has had his arm/musket replaced by a bayonneted version to add a touch of variety. 

PLUS a converted officer with the colour of the 1st Foot Grenadiers of the Imperial Guard - with no less than 18 battle honours.

PLUS the colour is being defended by a splendidly bewhiskered, senior officer in a bicorn hat (in practice, Guards Officers often wore the bicorn in the field rather than the more cumbersome bearskin).  This chap is a Britains compatible DSG figure, made with Britains-type footlugs and mounted on a Deetail base.

All 8 figures are in very good condition, on original foot lugs with some wear to the green metal bases.
