First off, let me say thanks for checking out our eBay item. Secondly, the following is not meant to come off as some CRAZY ebay seller with CRAZY terms. I've had a few issues selling USED video games and I am going to lay EVERYTHING out so we don't have ANY problems :)
1) This game is used, but this game WORKS! It has been cleaned and tested by me on my personally owned system.
2) This game is used, so it might have scratches on the CD. It might even have stickers. It might also have some writing in magic marker. BUT, IT WILL WORK!
3) I am only guaranteeing to give you the working game in this auction. Don't count on the original case or manual. Some folks have a problem with this; I don't know how to make it any more clear. I will send the game in AT LEAST a generic normal sized video game case. I have hundreds of used games. SOME have the original case, some have a generic case. Some have the instruction manual. Some have both the original case and instruction manual and some just came in a generic case BUT ALL include the original (not a copy or bootleg) of the game listed in the title. I have too many variations of combos of game cases, manuals, some with some without and to sort them all out would take much more time than I have (sorry!).
4) If the title says COMPLETE then please disregard term #3. For a limited # of titles we labeled them complete if they are complete.
5) Since the game has been tested I will not:
a) I will not give refunds on games that have scratches, writing on the game case or do not include the manual or original game case. If you receive the game and for some STRANGE reason it does not work, send it back and I will either replace it or refund your full purchase price (plus returning shipping) your choice. If I re-test it and it works fine, I will ship the game back to you when you reimburse me for the actual shipping charge.
b) I will not give in to feedback extortion. "Hey this game has a scratch on the back, I don't like that, I'm keeping the game and you are going to refund my money or I'm going to neg you". This is not allowed and results in being suspended by this site. Buyers trying to commit feedback extortion are reported to eBay.
6) If there is a true problem. The game doesn't work, please, do not go and leave a negative feedback right away without contacting me. Simply email me and I will resolve the issue. HOWEVER this should not happen because ALL GAMES HAVE BEEN TESTED! Leaving bad feedback without contacting the other party is not the way to resolve issues and will only delay a resolution. *** Please note - if you do email me, do not expect a response immediately! I do my best to answer all emails in a timely matter (within 24 hours) but on weekends this might be a little longer. Most emails are responded to the same day between 7am and 5pm.
7) Items will ship the same day won if purchased by 2:30 pm EST Monday through Friday. If purchased after 2:30 pm EST it will ship the following business day. For items purchased on Friday after 2:30pm, Saturday or Sunday the item will ship on the following Monday. We do not ship on holidays when the post office is closed. All items ship USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation which will be emailed. Delivery confirmation is NOT a tracking number, it simply confirms delivery. We do not charge for insurance or actually add it to the package, because, if the item is lost or damaged in shipping - we refund you.
8) We ship with TRUE extra wide bubble mailers. We do not use the cheaper recycled paper padded mailers because we want your item to arrive safely and because when you get the item we don't want you to have to get recycled paper scraps all over the place.
9) All games been tested to verify that:
a) They start up properly
b) I was able to start playing the game without any issues
