This is a NEW Genuine Factory Parts OEM-754-0474 Deck Drive Belt for Electric PTO Auto Drive Sept Thru Frame 46" Lawn Tractors 1999 & After. For Troy-Bilt, MTD, Bolens, Gold, HUSKEE, Yard Machines and YARD-MAN. The belt appears to go from teh Lower Engine Pulley to the Deck pulleys of a lawn tractor. I believe this is the same as Part nr 954-0474.
