Brand new with tags, little girl's size 12 Christmas dress. Black upper part is stretchy velvet and has silky rosettes at neckline and ends of sleeves. Bottom is taffeta and is double layered. Ties in back.
Top part is 80% polyester, 10% spandex. Bottom part is 100% polyester. 35 1/2" long, 13 1/2" across the chest.
