A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
You are bidding on three pair of baby shoes from back in my day -- the 1950s -- or slightly before or after that time. I do not know the brand they are but I was told they looked like Stride Right and that's very possible. The only identification I could find was the number 148 inside one pair of shoes. The shoes are used and have not been spiffed up by me. But we have a low opening bid and if you're into retro type articles this is a good chance to get some.
