 Here is an adorable Precious Moments "You Have The Sweetest Heart" Porcelain Figurine. The figurine is dated 1999. The little girl measures 4 1/2" tall. The base measures 2 1/4" in diameter. The little girl is holding a pink heart shaped lollipop. She is wearing an apron and headband which are both decorated with pink hearts. The figurine is in excellent condition. Please see the photos.
