CIVIL WAR ERA TINTYPE BEAUTIFUL YOUNG WOMAN Tax Stamp

You are bidding on an ANTIQUE TINTYPE PHOTO, still sealed in its Original Paper Sleeve / Frame with a 2 cents tax revenue stamp affixed to the Verso. It depicts a Portrait of an Exceptionally Beautifully Dark Haired Young Woman.  She is Nicely Posed and  Dressed - Obviously from a Well-to-Do Family!!   Tintype measures approx. 4" X   2 1/2" (in its sleeve)  and is still in Quite Good condition, especially given the age, and as far as Tintypes go.  Shows just a bit of  Age Appropriate wear to the Paper Sleeve. Photographer was G. W. Hewitt & Co., No. 9 N. Gay Street (No City or State is indicated).
