New, sealed photo and cancelled envelope.  16 by 12 inch with white mat.  Pictured is Buzz Lightyear.  The envelope pictures Buzz and Woody and reads:  Disney - PIXAR  --  TOY - STORY - AND BEYOND!   There is a cancelled 37cent stamp on the envelope.  The postmark reads:  BURBANK, CA - NOV 22 2005 - 91505.  There is a sticker on back which reads:  UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE - OFFICIAL LICENSED RETAIL PRODUCT - Disney Toy Story 10th Anniversary Buzz Lightyear Photo.
