This is the embodiment of the Forward Look...Chrysler Corporation's dynamic break with styling past headed by Virgil Exner. It was so dynamic that it forced GM to re-think its entire 1959 lineup thereby making the General Motors 1958 models, virtual orphans, one year only body styles.

This magnificent 1957 CHRYSLER 300C CONVERTIBLE was one of the top three most requested models and took 5 years of begging before Franklin Mint did this model. The first one came out in black just before Danbury Mint put out the same car in white and they make a wonderful comparison.

This is a pair of Limited Edition models, each one of only 500 made. One is Painted Regimental Red and the other Forrest Green. The paint on each is spectacular and really makes this model pop. Finned and beautiful, Franklin Mint really did this car right. Body lines are accurate and crisp as is the interior. The huge grill really stands out on this car, and the Chrysler Option Wire Wheels really make this car pop. The intricate design of the tan convertible top is amazing, showing the inside framework perfectly. There is a rotating driveshaft and a working suspension. The engine detail is outstanding. Even if you have the Danbury version, and perhaps because you have the Danbury car, these are must haves.

These cars are BRAND NEW and have never been opened. Each comes with the Hang Tag and is packed in the Styrofoam Liner, Graphics Box and Outer Shipping Box. Paperwork includes the Certificate of Authenticity, Schematic and Unpacking and Care Instructions, all exactly as it came from Franklin MInt. Don't miss this terrific car, you won't be disappointed.
