It is reserved for August 2010 ( I own two weeks and also have a Sept. week reserved buyer has choice of purchasing both weeks or choosing Aug or Sept. week with this auction.)
aprox 1 hour north of San Diego and 1 hour south of Los Angeles. The condo is aprox 600 square feet and sleeps 6 . The Crest unit has 1 bedroom, 3/4 & 1/2 baths. It has 2 twin Murphy beds in the common area with a privacy curtain. There is a sleeper sofa in the livingroom and a kitchenette .The picture of the floor plan I provided is simular in layout but is smaller the the actual unit in this auction i.e shows 1 bath the unit in this auction has a xtra bathroom Beautiful common areas (see the plot plan). The kids have there own spa. YEA!!! The restaurant has good food and entertainment. The annual maintenance fees are less then the cost of staying at a motel! "A great value for a Family!"
The winning bid is for the deed which I own free and clear. The week that is reserved for next summer will require you paying the maintenance fee in escrow if you want to use it next summer or you can wait to start paying the Maintenance fee Dec 2010 and use your week in 2011.
This is a floating week. High season use. You have to call a year in advance to reserve your week. I just paid the property taxes for the year which was $27.00.
Currently the Maintenance fee is $523.00 billed in 2 payments of $261.50. That's only $75.00 a night and less then a Motel in the area. These condos rent out for $185.00 a night
This auction will be for the wining bid, Escrow fees, any document transfer fees ect. Also any fees required by the timeshare , management co. ect. and of course the Maintenance fee if you want to use the reserved week next summer.
Buyer can choose the escrow co. I can assit with choice upon request.
$500.00 deposit into escrow within 3 work days. Balance to be paid to escrow on demand.
