We prefer PayPal payments from confirmed addresses, but will accept unconfirmed addresses as well. Buyers are allotted 5 business days from the end of the auction to remit payment. We ship exclusively with UPS, DHL or Fed Ex for all US domestic shipments and DHL or Fed Ex for all international shipments. We are not able to use any other shipping methods. You are responsible for paying shipping insurance over $100.00.  WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT WERE NOT INSURED. We will not mark international shipments as gifts and will declare the proper value. We are not responsible for duties and import taxes that you may be charged upon receiving your item. All international sales are final. All shipments through UPS, DHL and Fed Ex are insured up to $100.00; any additional insurance is optional and must be paid by the buyer. We ship 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). All items picked up at our store at 28936 West Route 120, Lakemoor, IL  60051 must be paid by cash, certified check, credit card or through PayPal in advance.

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of date of delivery. Items must be returned in the exact condition as they were sent. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling and insurance charges. We do not pay for shipping on a returned item.
