An ideal crew neck sweater to keep you looking good & feeling warm all year long.  Originally purchased as a woman's sweater but equally OK for a man. This is for sale from my own closet; I purchased it brand new from Land's End & never wore it. It is Brand New w/o Tag. And now, I just don't go out that much anymore & need less clothes. Hard to believe, I know, but you don't really want to know more about me. But ask me about the sweater if you like.

It's made of the finest 100% cotton. A weave of colors that mix into a great burnt orange. It is not the color of orange sherbert. It probably will match many of the basics in your wardrobe.

Payment:

·        Payment is due 3 days after the auction listing closes. If you have a problem, please email immediately to avoid a misunderstanding. Items not paid after 7 days will generate an eBay non-payment dispute.

·        SALES TAX will be added to your invoice for transactions shipping to New York State addresses. If you pay before receiving an invoice, your item will not ship until you pay the correct sales tax. No exceptions.

Shipping:

• COMBINED SHIPPING is available for items won in a 4-day period & that are sent to the same address. We add $3 for the second item & $2 for the 3rd item & $1 for the 4th item. The item with the highest S&H charge will be counted as the FIRST item. In many cases, you’ll save even more than what we’ve stated here. Many times we can charge even less depending on the items you order. We’ll save you as much as possible! If ordering many items or large, heavy or bulky items, we may have to adjust the additional combined shipping charge to use the safest, most secure & appropriate packaging & shipping method. We’ll calculate your combined shipping before you decide.

• INSURANCE: We recommend that you buy insurance to protect your investment. • Shipping cost is based on the weight of the item & the weight of packaging. If we use heavier packaging, it’s to protect your item during transit.
• We ship Mon-Fri. No shipping on Saturday. If you pay on the weekend or Fri. afternoon your item will ship on Monday.
• Handbags are shipped flat b/c stuffing material adds unnecessary weight & cost. Shoes are shipped only in a shoe box & it’s taped. If you want an outer, protective box, that will raise the shipping cost. 
• We reserve the right to select the safest shipping method. We do not use Parcel Post; please don’t ask; it’s not safe or speedy. Express mail is available for an extra charge.
• We may require signature confirmation on certain items. Notice will be in the listing.

Canadians: please read -- All items, no matter the weight, will ship via Priority Mail Intern’l. This method includes indemnity insurance up to $100. We’ll use PM Inter’l Flat Rate Envelope for any item that’ll fit as it’ll cost less. No package will be marked as a gift; do not ask -- we will not do it.

Return Policy:

• We do not deliberately misrepresent items to make a sale; we disclose defects we see.

No Refunds for wrong color: We offer large size color photos as well accurate color descriptions. Every computer monitor coveys color, contrast & shading differently. You can contact us prior to bidding if you are unsure the color will meet your needs.

No Refunds b/c you don’t like it: We offer quality, brand name items at a fraction of their retail cost, many at up to 90% off retail. You are receiving a great deal! Our prices are very low, so if you don’t like it, it will probably fit someone you know or you can donate or resell it (we’ll help with photos).

No Refunds if you disagree with the condition of items. For new & previously owned items, we do a thorough inspection, provide photos of defects & describe all known defects in the listing. REFUNDS for gross misrepresentation or wrong item: Sometimes we make a mistake; sometimes we mail the wrong item. If we have grossly misrepresented an item, we will refund your money & the initial shipping you paid. The item must be returned within 7 business days & be returned in the same condition as we sent to you. If the item had a tag(s), we expect the tag(s) to be attached.  If the tag is missing, we will not issue a refund.
