- "FINE PRINT": I will never cease to be amazed at how many Ebay shoppers do not read the "fine print". As sellers, there is much time and thought put into this part of the listing.
- SMOKE-FREE POLICY: I have never understood, until now, why sellers are so careful to say that their auction comes from a "smoke-free home". I have just learned "the hard way" that it is VERY important for all the "non-smoking world". The smell does not come out, the fabrics can not be cleaned easily. For the record, everything that I sell is smoke-free or has been cleaned so good that my allergies can not detect any odors.
- PAYMENT/SHIPPING: At this time only payment through Paypal is being accepted. The only exception-if you are coming to pick up the winning auction, I do accept cash. Please pay or contact me about payment/pick-up within 24 hrs of the end of the auction. I only ship within the 50 United States.
- FEEDBACK:
Feedback is submitted after the winning bidder has submitted their feedback. That way I know the item/s were received and all is well. FYI: Ebay has something called Dealer Seller Ratings or DSR's. This star system appears on the bottom of the feedback page and has become very important to every seller. This section is worded in such a way to suggest to buyers that 4's in any category are pretty close to perfect, but sellers are given lower than standard treatment if their star ratings fall below 4.6. Starting in October, 2008 sellers whose 30-day ratings drop below 4.3 in any category will lose their selling privileges. Therefore, a rating of 4 stars, which eBay says is near perfect, can result in the suspension of many sellers.
