VINTAGE HOT POINT CHROME COFFEE PERCOLATOR
This is a beautiful old coffee maker I purchased at an estate sale. I love the graceful vintage styling. You sure don't see them like this anymore! The top has one of the old style glass finials that lets you watch it perk as the coffee is made. This coffee pot includes the original basket (with lid) and stem. It uses an archaic type of electrical cord with widely spaced, flat prongs. That type of cord was used in the 1920's. Unfortunately, I do not have a cord that will work with this pot. Since it is untested, I am selling it "as is". This coffee pot measures about 11 inches tall and 10 1/4 inches from handle to spout. The spout has a little bit of minor edge damage (see pictures). The finish shows fine oxidation throughout. It might benefit from agood polishing. Date of manufacture is unknown. Overall, this is a very nice old coffee pot. It is simply beautiful. It will look fantastic in any vintage kitchen. An excellent addition to any collection. Don't miss out. Bid now!

TIP: Don't Get Outbid At The Last Moment or Miss Your Opportunity to Bid:
A lot of bidders are disappointed at losing in the last second. They've been "sniped" by other bidders. You can prevent this by entering your Maximum Bid (highest amount you're willing to pay) when you place your bid. Then, if someone places a higher bid, yours rises just enough to cover theirs (up to your maximum). This gets you the best possible price, and reduces the odds of being sniped. It also prevents you from forgetting to bid at the last moment. I get emails all the time saying "I got distracted and did not get to bid. Do you have any more??" I almost never do!
