Here is the detailed Description of my listing. Please know what you are bidding upon and read the entire listing. I will be happy to answer any questions received in a timely manner.

Up for auction is this very tough to find O gauge #212 Wooden trestle Bridge from 1931-1933. Much harder to find than the standard gauge versions. This one is complete and all original, except it is lacking the track and ramps. Since these parts are removable, they are commonly not present. Most of these are found with a brass AF plate on one end. This one was a later version and never had the plate nailed on, as there are no nail holes on either end where the plate normally appears. There is one small touch up spot near one end and a bit of red paint on one of the ties near that end. All of the wooden pieces are original, which is not the case with many of these bridges as they are fragile and very often are found with broken or replaced parts. The paint, or should I say stain, is all correct and original flat red.

This accessory shows  playwear from its  its 76 year age.   Condition of the accessory is overall VG+ (C6+) with some paint loss, primarily on the metal plates along each side. This is almost always the case as the stain did not adhere well to the tinplate metal plates that held the bridge together. Very dirty and  in need of a good cleaning. All the ties are present and are EX (C7).

This O gauge version is hard to find, and very hard to find in this condition. It measures 30" long and 5" wide.

Please examine all the pictures. Both sides are shown. No reserve and a low starting bid. Shipping may be higher than normal as the PO now charges extra for unusually shaped boxes. If the Priority Mail is excessive, I will ship by Parcel Post.

Good luck!

NOTE: THIS LOT WILL WEIGH 2-3 LB WHEN PACKED. I ONLY USE PRIORITY MAIL SO THE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE BASED ON YOUR ZIP AND THE WEIGHT.   DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED AND IS INCLUDED AS A HANDLING FEE. SINCE EBAY'S CALCULATOR DOESN'T SEEM TO WORK CORRECTLY (The Stated $6.50 is incorrect)PLEASE WAIT FOR MY INVOICE.

Questions and answers about this item
Q: Hi, Can you tell me the height of the bridge and if you would ship to Toronto? Thanks, Steve
A: Steve: It is about 8.5" from it's very bottom to its very top. It looks like it would easily clear a train 5.5" to 6" high. It was designed for 0 Gauge. MOTOR
