This is a size medium, navy knee-length skirt. Over the full lining is a sheer fabric designed with darker navy, velveteen flowers with some blue glitter to add shine! The waist is also elastic, allowing for a comfortable fit. It has the following measurements (all taken lying flat; double where appropriate):

            13” waist (unstretched); 16” waist (stretched) --- double for actual!

            23” bottom --- double for actual!
