This lot a 1927 multi-franked registered cover from France. The cover has stamps from the sower/semeuse series. The stamps on the cover come to 3.90 francs. That rate does pay the double rate with registration. The cover is in good condition. Please see the scan. This would be a nice addition for your collection.
