20-light string of RED L.E.D. (light emitting diode).  Each light string measures 11 feet 4 inches in total length, 6 inches between lights.  There is a 18 inch lead from the battery box to the first light.  And best of all, it is operated by 3 AA batteries(not included).  These strings have a green battery box and green wire. 

These have a super bright red LED with wide angle lenses to disperse the light very widely! 

LEDs do not get hot like old fashioned bulbs.
