This is a new FANTECH Type FDP4 Blower Model DBF110.  120V 60 hz 1 Phase 69 Watts with an accessory time delay pressure switch 23F6.  With the optional pressure switch it can be used to "boost" inline pressure along a duct.  The pressure switch sense when the line is pressurized and turns the booster fan on.  The basic fan can be used with or without the pressure switch for any compatible ventilation use (air heated to less than 60 degrees C. I think this same blower is used in radon ventilation applications. Output is 167 CFM at 0".
