This auction is for the Original Disk and copy of the Instructions. 

FEATURES: League play, select uniform colors, player ratings, by the GM and coach, arcade controls or just manage the game, playoffs and championship cup.

The disk and instructions are in EXCELLENT condition.  The Label has some ware.
