This is a really cute pair of pants made by Free People.  Size is waist 26.  They are tan at the top and fade toward the bottom to a light gray.  Made like jeans, slim with a slight boot cut at the bottom. Waist is about 14.5" across, rise is about 6.5" and inseam is about 32".  Fabric is cotton and spandex.  Retail price is $98. Great deal!
