These are brand new red boonie hats made by Propper International. For anyone unaware Propper has been manufacturing military clothing for the U.S. Government since the 1950's. They have served our troops from the jungles of Vietnam to the sands Of Iraq and every conflict in between!!. These caps are made to U.S. Military spec. All caps Listed as New are 100% unissued.
