Age of Steam Exp. The Zombie Apocalypse (AoS Team 2009)

The age of industrialization has come to the United States. Iron roads cover the once virgin landscape and investors pocket generous returns. However, something is stirring in the graveyards of Pennsylvania and Michigan. The recently dead are rising from the grave and attacking cities in increasing numbers, which makes the end of year returns increasingly paltry and the competition stiffer. The future of the human race seems to be in question, but a more immediate concern is occupying train company owners: how to maintain profitability in the midst of a Zombie Apocalypse?

This expansion for Age of Steam features 2 maps, each designed to accommodate a different scale. the Western Pennsylvania map supports 4-5 players, while the Michigan map is tailored especially for 3. The expansions additionally come packaged with a dedicated action/income/shares track, and 30 plastic zombies due to the generosity of Twilight Creations, Inc., who have allowed the reuse of their excellent plastic zombie bits. The expansion is intended for experienced Age of Steam players and features very little randomness after the initial board set-up.
