Gold Key Comic Book No 10038-402 Copyright February 1964.  The stories in this comic book include the following-The Thrifty Spendthrift,  a one page story with Mickey Mouse titled The Cheated Cheat,   Gyro Gearloose in Man Versus Machine and A Cool Deal.  There is a couple of half page shorts on the inside of the back cover by Walt Disney.  I did not see any writing on the pages in this comic book.  There is a one inch tear on the center page of the comic book in the top margin.  No other tears, creases or bends.  This comic book lays flat.  The spine, corners and edges of the comic book are pretty nice.  The cover has a little staining on the back around the edges.  A few stress creases and a few wrinkles.  Not really a bad looking comic for a collection.  $2.50 shipping and handling fees for the comic book.  I am listing several comics at this time including some other Walt Disney cartoon comics.  If you bid on more than one of the comics I can combine some of the shipping and handling fees to save you a little on the freight charges.  I can ship out two comics for the two fifty.  Fifty cents for each additional comic book. I can slip about eight or nine comics into a priority envelope for $5.00.  Take a look at the photo of the comic.
