Here is a Depression Glass or Carnival Glass ???  Bowl with scalloped edges and a diamond pattern on the sides.  I do NOT know anything about this type of glass, so will describe to the best of my ability.

It is a translucent amber/orange color, not quite as light as the first picture and not quite as dark and the second picture.  As you can see in picture #5 it gives off other colors like an "oil slick" of pink and fushia and blu on the outside of the bowl.  The inside doesn't seem to put out all the colors of the outside.  The inside of the diamond pattern is textured glass and the surrounding glass is smooth.  The edges have a pretty rounded scallop design at the top of the bowl.

The measurements are:   HEIGHT= 3 1/8"    The DIAMETER= 6 1/2" +
