Book is in Very Good condition for it's age. Light foxing throughout. Sturdy and strong spine. All pages attached. Corners are slightly bumped. Very nice Gilt lettering on spine. Spine is cover is loose, is still attached to back cover. Front cover is neatly torn loose from book (included). Looks to be some water marks on the front bottom pages of the book. Text is clearly visable.
