RETURN POLICY 

Sound Elements will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If you are returning your item for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Defective items returned for a refund will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Items over 50 pounds cannot be returned. 

The original shipping and handling is non-refundable in any situation. Shipping costs back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is exactly in the same condition as you received it. We are unable to accept any returns if any of the contents or packaging appears damaged in any way. Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions before returning any items. Upon receipt of the returned product a credit will be issued according to your payment method.

International sales are final and this return policy does not apply.



DEFECTIVE AND DOA ITEMS 

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Sound Elements.

In the event of a replacement for a DOA item, shipping the replacement back to the customer will be free of charge.

Please keep all tracking and documentation once you ship your item back so it can be available if necessary.

Defective items can take 3-6 business days to process once we receive it. This time allows us to inspect and test the returned item.
