Doll Clown Costume~masks~shoes~Mardi Gras~Orange Wig

Purchased at an estate auction in Maryland:

• a clown costume designed for a doll that is @ 18" tall
• it includes the suit, collar and orange wig (size 11), and the masks and shoes shown in the picture
• I have shown it on an AM 390 doll, and it is a bit big
• the suit is closes in the back with velcro

Prior to the onset of the auction, I estimate the weight of the package and cite shipping rates that I believe are within norm; if you are grossly overcharged, I will reimburse you the excess. Please note shipping fees include a "small" handling charge of .50 to cover cost of packaging materials and gasoline to the post office. Every effort will be made to have your item shipped within 2 days after payment unless otherwise noted. I ship by USPS first class (1-13 ounces) or USPS parcel post, and delivery can vary from 2-9 days. I cannot guarantee speed of delivery, as that is a function of the US postal service. I have had items that were not delivered for 3 weeks---can you believe it?? If you would like to upgrade shipping to USPS priority mail (delivery in 2-3 days), I will gladly upgrade, with a cost of $4.95 for up to 1 pound anywhere in the continental United States. After that, using the postal zone chart, I charge according to the weight of your package.

As of September 22, 2009, eBay will no longer allow sellers to include shipping insurance as an option for buyers to purchase. I am starting this week to prepare for this change, by inusuring upper end items, which is reflected in my price for shipping and handling.  I apparently am now responsible for the purchased item until it safely arrives to you.  So, out of necessity, I will have to make the decision about adding insurance to S&H.  If you have questions, please let me know.   Additionally, I purchase shipping on line (for the continental USA only), which allows both of us to access the USPS tracking number of your purchase.  You will receive an email when your item is shipped, with that number, which I recommend saving until your package arrives.
