Quoizel electric hurricane table lamp base. Blue and brown floral design antique brass and glass.  The switch is in excellent and working condition which changes to llight top and bottom together or separately.  It would take a shade  a little under 7" to fit the seven inch shade ring holder.

It shows a bit of wear which adds to the charm of this beautiful piece.
