Shipping cost is based upon whichever USPS  rate makes the most sense given my attempt to limit the purchaser's cost while delivering the item in a timely manner. Larger items may be sent UPS if that rate is cheaper than USPS. All sales outside the U.S. are mailed. Insurance is always strongly encouraged. UPS shipment cost will include insurance. I will happily combine shipping costs to the same buyer location to save shipping costs. Please do not pay for an item until you receive an invoice from me showing the final winning bid price, shipping cost, and optional insurance amount.  U.S. Payment may be made via PayPal. Personal or company checks are not accepted. All foreign payments must be made through PayPal only. Please feel free to ask any questions. Returns will be gladly accepted in the rare event that the description or answer to a question neglects to point out some significant characteristic, flaw, damage or missing part to an item. Any refund will cover the item cost only. All shipping / insurance costs for shipment both to and from the buyer will be paid by the buyer unless I agree to share this cost. Happy Bidding!
