If you need it to arrive quicker than that we can also arrange expedited express post shipping which usually arrives in about 6 working days and includes tracking and insurance.

We only accept payment by Paypal as we are based in Bali. We ship items every business day as soon as payment is confirmed by Paypal.

As noted in our listings we ship from our silver workshop in Bali to where ever you are. We usually ship within 24 business hours.

We have two methods of shipping.

The cheapest one is airmail which doesn't include any tracking or insurance. It takes about 3-4 weeks for a package to arrive usually and it can be up to 6 weeks sometimes.

The recommended method of shipping is Expedited shipping by EMS/DHL which includes tracking and insurance and arrives usually in about 7 days. We will send you the tracking number a day or so after we ship.

Unfortunately we are not able to ship by standard shipping to Russia, France or Italy. Sometimes this may apply to other countries if there is no reliable airmail post but in this case we will let you know. The post office is responsible for postage times.

We offer discounted combined shipping for items that are paid for in the one payment.

We try very hard to give complete five star service and to give you the best possible shipping deals.
