Hi you are bidding on the debut self released album still sealed by Justin Vernon of Bon Iver fame first band Mount Vernon - We can look up from 1998, for which he was a founding member of, members of this band went on to form justins second band Deyarmond Edison, and then on the break up of that band he formed Bon Iver, who we all know and aspire to! The album has a different sound to what we are used to with his later work, but this is where it all stems from and his voice sounds so good! This is probably the only place you will find this super limited debut!!!!! Justin sings lead vocals and plays lead guitar on most tracks, but remember these guys were still in school when this album was recorded. The band was made up of Joey Westerlund, drums and percussion; Brad Cook, electric bass; Justin Vernon, acoustic and electric guitar and lead vocals; Phil Cook, piano, harmonica and vocals; Trever Hagen, trumpet; Keil Jensen, trombone and vocals; and Sara Jensen, saxophone and vocals. Supposedly recorded over a weekend in Minneapolis, This album is very hard to get hold of anywhere long out of print and long deleted self release, do not miss out in a once in a life time opportunity to own early recordings from Justin Vernon et al, and what started it all! and which will rise in value!!
