• New edition,revised and enlarged
• by J. Kost,  M.D.
• Numerous illustrations and tables
• 829 pages
• Three divisions compiled of several orders each
• title page statement, "New Edition, Revised and Enlarged" 

Book is in good condition for it's age.  Foxing throughout, some water marks - do not interfere with text.  Spine is sturdy and strong.  Covers are worn.  Corners are bumped.  Spine cover is missing some leather and spine leather is cracking.  Gilt lettering on spine.   Back cover is missing a strip of leather at lower corner.   Front and back covers are loose - are both still attached.
