We reserve the right to examine any item returned to confirm it is the item and in the condition we sold it. Please understand cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Once we confirm the item is the one sold and in the same condition as we sold it to you, we will be happy to refund the shipping cost back to your account when we have ascertained it is the same item and in the sold condition. We have to do this because there are a minute number of people who will try to substitute a poor conditioned item for ours or who return us something with parts exchanged.
