Vintage dated 1975 Kenner Family-Tree Tots Tree House.  Still fully functional, includes fold down steps, working elevator, tree swing and fold down front door.  Pops open with square button under handle on top.   All together and very rare and nice toy from the 1970's!   

Measure: 11" W X 11" T when folded.
