William J Milward fl. (1918 - 1926) was an accomplished Nottingham based artist who is best remembered for his wonderful landscapes, portraits and sculptures. Milward painted in a variety of styles and techniques and some of his work shows the influence of some of the great early 20th century French impressionist painters. Milward exhibited his work at some of the leading galleries in the Midlands, including the Nottingham Museum and Art Gallery.  He won numerous prizes for his art at exhibitions.  His work is highly collectible and we consider it will be a good investment and increase in value.
