** Occassionally my camera will show small pink flowers, cherries, etc as dark spots. It is an issue with the flash (I think this is caused from the camera interpreting it as red eye and correcting it.) and nothing to do with the clothing. I assure you that any such defects will be noted in the description. **

None of my pictures are taken on the floor. I lay all of my clothing on a solid black or white sheet of poster paper.

ALL OF MY CLOTHES ARE STORED IN ZIP LOC BAGS AND THEN INSIDE RUBBERMAID TOTES IN A SPARE ROOM.

ALL OF MY ITEMS ARE FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME. WE DO HAVE A CAT AND A BIRD WHICH ARE BOTH KEPT AWAY FROM THE CLOTHES AS MUCH AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.00 for the United States which includes priority shipping with delivery confirmation. Shipping to Canada will be the same as the US. This includes a small fee to help cover the expenses of shipping such as packing materials, labels, etc. (This allows me to keep my starting bids low.) I will combine shipping on multiple auction wins within the same week (7 days). The first will ship at the flat rate of the highest shipping cost plus $2.00 for each additional item. Larger lots are not included in this quote but shipping will still be combined. Please ask if you are unsure. Items must be payed for with one invoice for shipping discounts to apply. Email me before paying and I will combine the invoice. I will generally have the item shipped within 3 days of receiving payment (excluding holidays and weekends), however if you need it immediately let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

If many items are purchased resulting in a high combined shipping, it will be changed when invoiced, so please wait until I invoice you before paying. Socks, Tights, and Hair Accessories almost always ship free when purchsed with other auctions. If you have any questions please don't be afraid to ask. I want every transaction to be a pleasant one for both of us.

Ebay's policy now states that insurance can no longer be optional. Due to the cost and the fact that most buyers do not insure their packages, I am not going to add the cost to my shipping charges. However, if you wish to insure your package email me and I will adjust the shipping on your invoice upon winning.

I do offer refunds if the item is grossly misrepresented or in case of severe error on my part. All other requests will be handled on an individual basis. If you wish to request a refund, you must email me prior to sending the item back (within 24 hours of receipt of package) and the item must be received within 7 days in the exact same condition in which it was sent. All refunds will be returned in the form of money back minus shipping and applicable insurance. If for some reason you are unhappy, please let me know, as I am sure we can work something out. I want this to be a fun experience for both of us.
