Lovely World War II Vintage Piano Shaw~Scarf or Tablecloth with what is known as the Taj Mahal print. This tablecloth is large and rectangular, measuring 50" by 62" with an extra 2" of fringe on all 4 sides.  The colors are royal purple, gold, blue, red and olive green that together form a wonderful color combination. Although this is classified a s a Taj mahal print, this particluar scarf has a desert print with camels, palm trees and desert Bedouins and other scenes. It is very unusual and oversized.The scarf/tablecloth has been used and unfortunately there is some fading in the center and the sides of the scarf. because of the rich colors and intricate design, the fading is not really that bad overall. It seems like it is faded from dark to light in spots and could possible look like it was made that way. There are also a few pulls here and there but overall, since an awesome piece to use or add to any collection. Because of the flaws, I am selling this piece "as is" and no returns.
