Antique Kelmet White "Big Boy" Dump Truck as found

This White brand steel dump truck is in as found condition. I am no expert but I believe it is restorable and condition ranges from original paint to some serious rust. I've tried to take enough pictures so that you can see the condition. If there is anything you need to ask don't hesitate and I will try to help. Measures about 26" long. There is enough of the original decals so I was able to tell it was made by Kelmet. I found a picture of it in a toy book and it is #501 and called Big Boy. The most serious rust is on the right running board. There is other rust with some pitting and some is just surface rust. Most of the paint is missing. The left running board and fender are loose and one of the brackets has a broken off end piece. The piece that raises the dump is broken off and missing. The right wheel is missing the bolt that held it on. The steering is unattached and the turning mechanisms on the ends of the front axle seem to be frozen up although they don't look too rusted there. Not sure if the tailgate piece is original to the truck. There is no bad odor. If you need further info please email. Buyer pays actual postage. No handling fees. Thanks.
