We must be notified of any return within 3 days of your receiving the initial order. After the 3 days this return policy is void.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can gladly send it back(minus shipping charges) for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned in New Re-Sellable Condition (no exceptions). Unless there is a problem as a result of our mistake all items must be returned in new condition. After we have received the return and if we find that the mistake is ours we will gladly reimburse shipping costs or we may send you a pre-paid shipping label to send it back to us.
When returning an item you must include item #, name/address, and form of payment used. If this is not done your refund/exchange could be delayed.
Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to post to your account, however on most occasssions you will see your refund within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise.
There will be no returns/exchanges on any merchandise found to be worn, used, or tampered with.
Returns in October are subject to our approval.
